The first thing I did after coming back from grocery was to play Jay Chou's new album... Then, with the blankets over me (it's a very cold day!), I made mental note of the things to bring home. And I imagined myself arriving at Changi T3.. The damp smell of Sgpore, familiar slang, the highway that brings me directly back to Senja, the animals at home.. And OMG, it was already 8pm.
Daylight saving started on Sunday, that means I'm 3 hours ahead of Sgpore. Just a few days ago, the sunset around 6.30pm.. and after the whole daylight saving thing started, sunset is around 7.30pm and it gets later everyday. Horrible!
Over the weekend, Melbourne hosted Singapore Day. There were queues everywhere. How typical! But I love it.. performances were gooood. Food, was a little cold. Maybe it was the wind.
The goodie bag was super! Traditional "fighting" erasers, New water, chapteh, Myojo instant noodle, T-shirts, binoculars, Charles and Keith discount voucher, her world magazine, beach mat.. notepad.. wet tissue and $10 CALLING CARD! Oh! And kaya too!!
